About
I’m a visual storyteller exploring the human connection to nature, place and change.
I blend a cinematographer’s visual instinct with a journalist’s curiosity, building trust quickly and capturing moments that feel honest and alive. My feature documentary Hurley - executive produced by Patrick Dempsey - premiered at Toronto’s Inside Out Film Festival and later streamed on Hulu.
With more than two decades in film and television, my work has been featured on Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime Video, CNN, PBS, Discovery, BBC and MTV. I began my career at CNN, where I helped shape digital storytelling for one of the first major broadcast networks to embrace social media. From there I went on to lead digital content for Katie, Katie Couric’s daytime talk show, and later served as Director of Social Media for Discovery Channel, where I helped redefine how television networks engage audiences across platforms.
Across this body of work - from films that celebrate creativity and self-expression to documentaries centered on resilience and conservation - I’ve always been drawn to stories of transformation. That same instinct now guides my environmental storytelling, where I focus on how people and communities adapt, create and connect within a changing natural world.
My camera has taken me from river restoration projects in Maine to coastal resilience efforts with the U.S. Coast Guard and community sustainability stories in the American West. Whether producing, shooting or editing, I aim to reveal the deeper relationship between people and the environments they call home.
I earned my BFA in Film & Television from the School of Visual Arts in New York City, specializing in cinematography, and my Master of Arts in Interdisciplinary Studies from the University of Maine (2026), focused on climate science communication.
